Lab management built in a real lab
Born from mass testing
During COVID-19, we built a molecular biology lab in 21 days for mass testing and served more than 250,000 patients. The AENTE LIMS was born from that operation.
- Proven at scale: built for high volumes and short deadlines, without losing traceability.
- From order to report: every sample is followed from collection to the release of the result.
- Results in the record: the report goes into the same record the doctor and the patient already use.
- Ready for crises: the same structure can respond to the next outbreak.
Plate and well control
Build plates your way and keep control of every sample, assay and calculation.
- Sample mapping: custom plate layouts for each workflow and type of test.
- Several assays per batch: run different tests in the same run and save supplies.
- Configurable equations: set up the analysis formulas and avoid manual calculations.
- Data in sequence: information flows from collection to report without retyping.
Lab supplies under control
Reagents and consumables are tracked on every run, with approvals for what is critical.
- Usage with approval: the use of critical supplies goes through approval and is recorded.
- AI forecasting: the system uses artificial intelligence to forecast demand and support planning.
- Results followed: results and releases are monitored to avoid delays.
- Real-time levels: know what is in stock before starting a run.
Exams from booking to report
Follow every exam in the network, from booking to the delivery of the result.
- Complete view: exams in a table or calendar, updated in real time.
- Filters: sort by professional, date, type of service or status and prioritize what is urgent.
- Automatic validation: booking, reports and result validation with fewer errors.
- Secure delivery: patients and doctors receive the result quickly, in the portal and in the record.
Frequently asked questions
Has the LIMS been used in production?
Yes. It was born in the COVID-19 mass testing operation run by our team, which served more than 250,000 patients.
Can I set up my own plates and calculations?
Yes. Plate layouts, assays per run and analysis equations can be configured for each workflow.
Do results go to the patient record?
Yes. The released report goes into the same record doctors use and is available to the patient in the portal.
How is reagent usage controlled?
Every run records the supplies used, the use of critical items goes through approval and stock is updated in real time.
Can one lab serve several units?
Yes. Exam orders from the whole network reach the lab, and results go back to the unit and professional who ordered them.
Explore the AENTE modules
Each module works on its own or together with the others, on the same record and the same network, from a single clinic to a whole health system.
Built for SUS.
Ready for your network.
Map every facility in your municipality or state from CNES, and bring public units and contracted private providers onto one platform. Each unit runs its own mini data center and keeps working when the internet drops.
SUS production is checked against SIGTAP occupation, age, sex and CID rules before it is submitted. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS as a FHIR record. Prescriptions are signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, and controlled-substance prescriptions get SNCR numbers. The result is fewer rejected records, less rework, and one consistent view of the care paid for with public funds.
