One record in every unit

Every patient has one record across all your units, and every professional has one profile. Data is entered once and is ready for care, billing and reporting.

  • Everything in one place: visits, exams, prescriptions and documents in the same record.
  • Shared with control: referrals and results move between units and organizations, and every access is logged.
  • No repeated forms: what is entered once follows the patient.
  • Standards built in: CID-10, TUSS, SIGTAP and RNDS (FHIR) in Brazil; ICD-10, CPT and FHIR in the United States.

Your team spends less time in the system and more time with patients.

Fewer billing errors and rejections

AENTE checks every claim against the rules before it is sent, so fewer claims are rejected and less money is lost.

  • SUS production checked before sending: BPA and SIGTAP rules on occupation, age, sex and CID are checked for every procedure.
  • Health plans and private care: TISS/TUSS and private billing from the same visit.
  • Tamper-evident audit trail: every action is recorded and cannot be changed, with multi-level approvals.
  • Live view of billing: follow production, approvals and rejections across the network.

Accurate billing protects public funds and the financial health of every unit.

Less paperwork for professionals

Doctors, nurses and administrative teams work in one system, with one login, wherever they practice.

  • One professional profile: occupation code (CBO), council registration and history follow the professional across every organization.
  • Roles that fit your team: more than 900 permissions to build each role, unit by unit.
  • Less typing: templates and no-code workflows remove repeated forms.
  • Digital signatures: prescriptions and documents signed with ICP-Brasil, with SNCR numbering for controlled prescriptions.

Professionals spend their time on care, not on the system.

Grow with ownership

AENTE is built together with the people who use it.

  • Clinics as shareholders: clinics on AENTE can become shareholders in the platform they use.
  • Hosting as a source of revenue: each unit runs its own mini data center as part of the federated network, and that hosting can become revenue in the future.
  • Sustainable by design: local hosting instead of large data centers uses less energy and keeps working offline.

Frequently asked questions

Who is AENTE for?

Municipal and state health departments, the Ministry of Health and state programs, hospitals, clinics and labs. One account works for a single clinic or for a whole health network.

Does AENTE work with SUS?

Yes. SUS production (BPA) is checked against SIGTAP rules before it is sent, units are added from CNES, and visits go to the RNDS as FHIR documents.

How does billing for health plans and private patients work?

Health plan billing follows the TISS/TUSS standard, and private billing uses the same visit, so nothing is typed twice.

What happens when the internet goes down?

Each unit runs its own mini data center, so care and records keep working offline and synchronize when the connection returns.

Is patient data protected?

Yes. AENTE follows the LGPD (and HIPAA in the United States). Every access is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail, and each unit keeps its data in its own mini data center.

How can a clinic become a shareholder?

Clinics on AENTE can become shareholders in the platform. Talk to our team to learn the conditions for your organization.

How do we get started?

Create your organization account in the AENTE portal, add your units from CNES and invite your professionals, or talk to our team for a guided rollout. A specialist replies within 24 hours.

Explore the AENTE modules

Each module works on its own or together with the others, on the same record and the same network, from a single clinic to a whole health system.

Built for SUS.
Ready for your network.

Map every facility in your municipality or state from CNES, and bring public units and contracted private providers onto one platform. Each unit runs its own mini data center and keeps working when the internet drops.

SUS production is checked against SIGTAP occupation, age, sex and CID rules before it is submitted. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS as a FHIR record. Prescriptions are signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, and controlled-substance prescriptions get SNCR numbers. The result is fewer rejected records, less rework, and one consistent view of the care paid for with public funds.
